If you have ever read the book "if you give a mouse a cookie..." you will understand how I felt yesterday. In this book, a mouse wanted a cookie, so that lead to something else, then it reminded him of another thing, and this goes on and on until he says he wants another cookie. It really it quite a cycle. Yesterday, I felt I could write another book for that series.
"If a boy finds a marker..."
If a boy finds a marker, he really starts to think what he can do.
He can find a nice quiet place where no one knows what he is up to.
When his parents find him, he looks a bit like this:
He is then put in the tub in hopes of removing some of the marks.
Mommy was washing with soap and water, Lana used alcohol on a wash cloth.
It did not all come off, but at least he looked presentable.
Oh, the things this little boy will think of!
You know...If you give a mouse a cookie has about 5-6 sequels. I wonder what Adam will do to provide for his sequel and "top" this one.
ReplyDeleteHow do they think of these things? What a great memory of Adam, and one that will probally be retold when he is older.--Karen
