Simple Prayer

Sometimes when I put Adam to bed I do the night time prayer.  Sometimes I tell him to start and I end up finishing.  Sometimes he does the entire prayer.  When he does the entire prayer, more often than not he will pray this...

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for all that you have done for us today,

Thank you for all that you have done for us in the past,

and whatever you will do for us in the future,

and Thank you for what you are doing for me right now,

and for everyone else.

It is a simple prayer, but it really does cover it all.
